JT Expresses Why the City Girls Split Makes Sense
The City Girls have certainly been on an indefinite break, but JT made things a little mpre clear recently. She took time to spwak with Complex regarding the break up.
She explains, “I think it made sense for both of us. I really feel like it just made sense for us and it was no hard feelings. I’m like Tina Turner, I’m still a City Girl. I need my name. That’s the biggest thing about me, I can’t ever get away from being a City Girl.”
“It wasn’t no hard feelings about it. We saw it coming,” she adds.
As artists’ carers develop, things change. She may have a variety of needs or ideas at this point in career and deserves to give them her best shot.
Yung Miami also addressed the group’s split on a Saucy Santana-hosted episode of Caresha Please. By her submission there may hve been behind the scenes issues, but it seems the duo grww apart.
“I don’t really know like what was the moment that separated us, but I just felt like it became a time where like when we was getting together it just wasn’t connecting.”
